设计意图：
《纲要》中明确指出："开展丰富多彩的户外游戏和体育活动，培养幼儿参加体育活动的兴趣和习惯，增强体质，提高对环境的适应能力。"为了更好地贯彻《纲要》精神，我结合本班幼儿年龄特点，设计了体育活动《有趣的梅花桩》，活动中我采用幼儿感兴趣的方式来发展他们走、跑、平衡、跳跃等基本动作，提高动作的'协调性、灵活性。
活动目标：
1、培养幼儿协作克服困难的精神。
2、通过活动让幼儿学会双脚并拢跳过15—2cm高的梅花桩，提高幼儿跳的能力。
活动准备：
梅花桩若干、音乐、垫子、椅子
活动过程：
一、开始部分听音乐，在老师带领下热身操《蹦踏踏蹦踏》入场。
二、基本部分：
1、幼儿分散玩梅花桩，鼓励幼儿玩出多种花样。
师："今天我们用梅花桩来锻炼身体，请小朋友每人拿一只分散玩，比比谁的玩法多，谁的玩法有趣。"
2、幼儿集中交流玩法，将新颖有趣的玩法推广。
3、幼儿再次玩梅花桩（引导幼儿合作玩梅花桩）师："可以请你的好朋友和你一起玩梅花桩，看哪些小朋友玩得多、合作的好！"
4、重点讲解新玩法：跳梅花桩
（1）幼儿分成两路纵队，两人一组跳过梅花桩。请幼儿师范正确的动作。
（2）增加难度，老师参与。将梅花桩两个重叠跳过去。
5、游戏"比比谁最快"介绍玩法，师提醒幼儿注意游戏规则及安全。
三、结束部分利用梅花桩做放松动作，收拾整理场地。
教学反思：
走梅花桩时，从哪落地就从哪里重新踩上梅花桩，教师注意保护幼儿的安全，通过快速奔跑的动作练习，锻炼幼儿腿部肌肉的力量，双手的灵活性。培养幼儿协作克服困难的精神。
